I cannot find any other online forum related to jiu jitsu.
I have an item that I cannot find on the internet. it is a manual on techniques that my mother gave to me along time ago. i would really like information you can share about this (what i think is a vary rare) item.

the only mentionings i can find on the internet are the following:

Can anyone help me? i want to know more about this item, and maybe even sell it. i cannot find any place online to talk about this.
